Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have a sprawling new Ohio retreat, with the NFL star reportedly paying $5.35 million for a historic Lake Erie estate packed with resort-style amenities.
Travis Kelce reportedly purchased a $5.35 million mansion in Bratenahl, Ohio, giving him and Taylor Swift a major new home base near his Cleveland roots. According to The Wall Street Journal, the Kansas City Chiefs star closed on the Lake Erie property in March 2026, months before the couple’s July wedding.
The estate, known as Moyenage, sits on roughly 3.5 acres and spans about 21,000 square feet with eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Built in 1895, the Gilded Age residence combines preserved historic details with an extensive modern renovation carried out before Kelce’s purchase.
Inside, the home offers far more than oversized living spaces. Reports on the property describe a former ballroom converted into a game room and home theater, along with a fitness center, sauna, billiards and poker areas, multiple fireplaces and a temperature-controlled wine cellar with its own tasting space.
The grounds are equally elaborate, featuring a heated swimming pool, Lake Erie frontage and a five-car garage. A restored gatehouse has also been transformed into a separate two-bedroom guest cottage, adding another private living area to the property.
Kelce’s connection to Northeast Ohio makes the location particularly notable. He grew up in nearby Cleveland Heights, and the Bratenahl purchase places the couple only a short distance from the area where he and his brother Jason Kelce were raised, while still offering the privacy of a large waterfront estate.
The mansion had previously been purchased for $1.95 million in 2023 before undergoing a major restoration and later hitting the market for $6.99 million. Kelce’s $5.35 million deal was reported as a record-setting residential sale for Bratenahl, making the historic property one of the most significant additions yet to the couple’s combined real estate holdings.
