Springfield, Massachusetts.
When did you start making music – and what or who were your early influences?
I started making music when I turned 25.
What skills do you think artists need to be successful?
You have to be dedicated and love the music, especially the music you make having a passion that at times makes you seem insane. You have to see your success before anyone else can see it, then you have to be relentless. That’s why my brand is called GrindSeason.
How do you stay up to date with the latest music trends?
I stay updated by making a podcast called The Culture Room where I interview Artists and all music professionals. We play their music and find out about new Artists and their personalities.
When performing, what techniques do you use to engage the audience?
Eye contact and I practice my sets so I can perform without the vocals to give them a real performance.
What would you say is the most rewarding part of being an Artist?
Being able to connect with the listeners. I try to make songs about real experiences so the people can relate to them.
How does your content online make you stand out as an artist?
I mix my music with my show The Culture Room, interviewing to help Artists as well as myself.
What makes you different from other Artists?
I paint the universe shades with my perspective.
Last question, when not making music, where can we find you?
In the studio working on videos or at shows listening to new Artists looking for more to interview.
