Filmed in Morocco’s Atlas Mountains with the largest interior sci-fi sets ever built there, the movie blends spectacle with emotion, a hallmark of McKoy’s creative voice.
“I wanted to perform and produce the type of music I could include in my movies,” McKoy shared. “Everything to Me” is exactly that, a deeply personal track that enhances the cinematic experience while also living independently as a love letter in sound.
McKoy, a classically trained vocalist, grew up surrounded by music in Trinidad before moving to Canada and studying finance. But his heart pulled him toward the arts, and today, he’s a writer, director, producer, and performer whose projects are gaining international attention. His next works include Spidersweb (co-written with The Equalizer’s Michael Sloan), another sci-fi film, and a sports documentary tied to Howard University’s historic NCAA soccer victory.
