Paul Peacock’s journey into music isn’t your typical industry tale—it’s one of reinvention, resilience, and raw talent. A UK native who grew up singing the songs of others, Paul never imagined he’d one day be writing his own. But after moving to New York and struggling to find songwriters who truly resonated with him, he took matters into his own hands.
“I’ve sung all my life,” Paul shares. “But I was always singing other people’s songs.” That all changed when he realized that if he wanted songs that truly spoke to him, he’d have to write them himself. And so, he did.
Learning from the Best (and the Worst)
Decades of performing covers gave Paul a deep understanding of what makes a song stick. “Having sung songs by others for most of my life, I learned which songs really grab and hold people’s attention. I learned the good from the bad.” This experience became the foundation for his songwriting—crafting music that isn’t just catchy but truly resonates.
No Gimmicks, Just Real Music
In an era dominated by trends and viral moments, Paul’s music is refreshingly authentic. His latest single, I Need A Miracle, is out now on all major streaming platforms, a testament to his commitment to making music that feels real. His debut album, New York Love Song, struck a chord with listeners, racking up over 250K streams.
With a steadily growing fan base and music that speaks for itself, Paul isn’t trying to chase the next big thing—he’s just hoping people will listen. “Just take the time to properly listen,” he says. “I think you’ll agree.”
