The Yonkers native recording artist Michael J Foxx once again displays his passion for the culture with his latest album. YONKERS – (Yelling Over Negativity Knowing Every Real Situations)
With features from heavyweight spitters Snyp Life, Rob Twizz, Lady Slim, SkyWalker Dutch, and Kitchen which they’re all from Yonkers, New York. If you don’t know about Yonkers let’s have a refresher. From DMX, The LOX (Jadakiss, Styles P and Sheek Louch), and Sporty Thieves these names are stamped in the Hip-Hop culture.
Foxx even brought out high quality female R&B singers to the mix. Canadian singers Sydney Sexton and Inspiration. In addition American female R&B singers Regine Cherry and Staja Lu. They all performed at best with the musical substance Michael J Foxx provided.
Last but not least, Foxx personal producer from Saint John, New Brunswick Canada name Darkus received two placements with “Brillant” and “Maritime Hustle.” Foxx mentioned that it’s not where you from it’s where you’re at but you can’t forget about where you came from. Yonkers is a huge reminder.
