Paramount+ will release all three parts of the documentary in the United States and Canada on November 17.

The He Said, She Said: Till Death Do Us Part trailer introduces a documentary about a custody dispute that moves beyond the courtroom. Paramount+ released the preview on October 20.

The three-part series follows two lawyers whose conflict attracts social-media attention. Its focus includes the way outside audiences form judgments about a private relationship.

Rachel Grady and Heidi Ewing direct and executive produce the documentary. Mike Sheridan produces for Loki Films, with See It Now Studios behind the project.

The series is based on an article by Francesca Block for The Free Press. Block also serves as an associate producer, connecting the original reporting to the screen adaptation.

Paramount’s announcement frames the documentary around the contrast between a complicated marriage and the public’s rush to take sides. The trailer previews that examination without establishing the parties’ competing accounts as settled fact.

All three episodes arrive November 17 on Paramount+ in the United States and Canada. The release is a full-season launch rather than a weekly rollout.
