With a major rebrand underway, growing interests in music, fashion, beauty and lifestyle, and a romantic single planned for October 16, Kalabrya is connecting the different sides of her career around a long-term vision.

Kalabrya is giving greater shape to the businesses and creative work behind her public profile. Much of that development has taken place away from social media, as the artist and entrepreneur makes new music, refines her creative direction and plans for growth across music, fashion, beauty and lifestyle. Her current rebrand is designed to bring those pursuits into clearer view, introducing audiences to the personality, ambition and business ownership that accompany her work as a recording artist.

Helping guide that professional reintroduction is The Lipstickroyalty Agency Inc., which serves as Kalabrya’s Agency of Record. The agency reports that she has secured three new business trademarks, a development it presents as part of her effort to establish and protect the identities of her ventures. Ownership and longevity are central to the wider strategy: building recognizable businesses, developing her artistry and creating a public presence that reflects the full range of what she is working toward.

Kalabrya’s experience moving between different worlds began well before this latest expansion. Her agency biography describes a life that began in Argentina, followed by an upbringing between Houston and Michigan. She pursued athletics, modeling and entertainment before building her professional music career. Her time as a Division I basketball player at Michigan State University helped shape the disciplined, competitive approach she now brings to her creative and commercial projects. That background gives context to her current ambitions, which draw on both self-expression and the sustained work involved in developing a business.

The next musical piece of that story is “Really Like That,” scheduled for October 16, 2026. Drawing inspiration from the delicate sound of early-2000s R&B, the three-minute single is conceived around warmth, femininity and the emotional details of romance. Affection, vulnerability, faith and commitment inform its direction, with playful lyrics connected to Kalabrya’s experiences of love, relationships and marriage. “Being a lover girl never goes out of style,” she says, offering a simple expression of the outlook behind the record.

Her aim is to create a song that accompanies personal moments, whether listeners are getting ready, settling into a night at home, sharing time with a partner or reconnecting with their own romantic side. Kalabrya hopes they will feel “like their heart has been heard and their soul is seen.” That desire for connection gives the release its emotional focus, pairing confidence with vulnerability and treating softness as something that can sit comfortably alongside strength. It also offers a more personal introduction to an artist whose public life reveals only part of her story.

A deliberately low-key rollout leaves space for discovery as the anticipated release approaches. A music video is also in development, with intimacy, nostalgia and a love-story-inspired setting planned to carry the song’s early-2000s influence into its visuals. Behind-the-scenes material and further visual storytelling are expected to expand that world for new listeners and longtime followers. Together with her business developments and rebrand, the single marks a period of purposeful growth across the different parts of her career.
