KATSEYE are bringing fans closer to their journey with the first official trailer for their upcoming documentary film, KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS.
Soundtracked by the group’s single “Pinky Up,” the trailer captures the fast-moving rise of KATSEYE through footage from major festival performances, recording sessions, music video sets, dance rehearsals and emotional encounters with their dedicated fanbase, known as EYEKONS. The preview also offers candid reflections from the members as they adjust to global recognition and prepare to enter a new chapter together.
Described as a love letter to the fans who supported their growth, WILD HEARTS combines previously unseen footage with fan-submitted videos and behind-the-scenes moments. Rather than focusing only on performances, the documentary explores the discipline, pressure and personal commitment required to transform KATSEYE from aspiring trainees into an internationally recognized pop group.
The film is directed by Nadia Hallgren and produced by Interscope Films and Boardwalk Pictures, reuniting members of the creative team behind the Netflix series Pop Star Academy: KATSEYE. The documentary also serves as a companion to the group’s forthcoming third EP, WILD, offering viewers an inside look at the creative process surrounding the project.
KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS will receive limited theatrical screenings worldwide beginning August 12, 2026, while the WILD EP arrives two days later on August 14. With new music, a cinematic release and the upcoming WILDWORLD Tour, the documentary positions KATSEYE’s latest era as one of the most ambitious moments of their career so far. (YouTube)
