Halle Adds a Lucky Daye Duet to Her Debut Album’s Deluxe Chapter

Halle’s expanded “love?… or something like it” adds five tracks, including a title-track collaboration with Lucky Daye, almost a year after the original album arrived.

Halle is revisiting her debut album with new music rather than moving immediately to a separate project. The deluxe edition of love?… or something like it arrived October 23, bringing the collection to 20 songs.

The release date and total are confirmed by Apple Music’s album listing, which gives the expanded edition a running time of 55 minutes. The release carries Parkwood Entertainment’s copyright under an exclusive license to Columbia Records.

Lucky Daye joins Halle on the title track, one of five additions identified in Rated R&B’s October 26 coverage. Bongo ByTheWay and BonxuBlessedIt are credited as its producers.

The new material also includes “Potion.” The five additions expand a record that was previously available as a 15-song collection, giving returning listeners a distinct group of new tracks to explore.

The original edition came out on October 24, 2025. That timing places the deluxe release just ahead of its first anniversary, giving this return to the record a clear connection to the debut’s release history.

The expanded edition is available now, with an official visualizer accompanying the Lucky Daye collaboration. For listeners coming to Halle’s solo album for the first time, the deluxe offers the longer version; those returning have five additional songs to explore.
