jMichaelMusiccc is opening the next chapter of his career with an ambitious 10-week music campaign through H.I.P. Entertain Mint. Beginning July 31, 2026, the Los Angeles artist will release one song every Friday at 7 PM, introducing listeners to a catalogue shaped by survival, faith and relentless creative determination.
Long before music became his primary focus, jMichaelMusiccc built his reputation in the mountains. As a Burton Team Rider, he appeared on the Burton website demonstrating a new splitboard and earned certification through the Canadian Avalanche Association to teach avalanche courses. That life demanded courage and precision, but it also brought three severe injuries that completely changed his direction.
He broke his back during a rock-climbing fall in the Rockies. Later, while teaching an avalanche course to the Burton crew during a whiteout, he snowboarded off a cliff and shattered his knee, requiring transportation to the hospital in the iconic Burton semi-truck. A separate Nike Snowboard Cross finish-line crash left him with a broken elbow and head trauma, forcing rescuers to extract him from the mountain through a helicopter long-line evacuation.
Those experiences could have permanently ended his ambitions. Instead, they became the foundation for a new creative identity. Music became the space where jMichaelMusiccc could transform pain, recovery and uncertainty into something lasting, leading to the development of Sound Scapes Discography 001, a 70-song body of work spanning hip-hop, cinematic pop, jazz soul, acoustic punk and experimental rock.
The campaign begins with “Fun In The Sun” on July 31, followed by “One Take Wonder” on August 7 and “Last Light” on August 14. Each release presents a different side of the artist, moving between confidence, reflection, faith and the determination to remain focused through difficult circumstances.
“Circle of Knowledge,” featuring Leslie Luxx, arrives on August 21 and explores the movement from innocence toward experience and wisdom. “Guided By Grace” follows on August 28, continuing the spiritual foundation that runs throughout the wider project.
The September releases expand the campaign’s sound even further. “Sonic Moon Strike”, arriving September 4, is an electric-guitar comeback anthem featuring live Gibson Les Paul recordings completed at 4th Street Recording Studio in Santa Monica. “Fun In The Sun” was also recorded with live guitar at the same studio, giving both songs an organic energy created through real performance rather than digital imitation.
The schedule continues with “Wonder Girl” on September 11, “REDLINE” on September 18, “Golden Hour” on September 25 and “Wide Open” on October 2. Although the releases move across several genres, they remain connected by the experiences and beliefs that shaped jMichaelMusiccc’s return.
The campaign also serves as the public introduction of H.I.P. Entertain Mint, meaning Highly Imaginative Productions, as a complete independent label operation. Built to release, distribute and promote music on the artist’s own terms, the company reflects his belief that creativity requires structure, ownership and the confidence to follow a vision without compromise.
With more studio sessions planned after the final October release, jMichaelMusiccc is treating this 10-week campaign as an introduction rather than a conclusion. His story is no longer defined only by the injuries that interrupted his life. Through H.I.P. Entertain Mint and a catalogue built from the ground up, he is showing what it sounds like to rebuild with purpose.
