Daley Reunites With Marsha Ambrosius on New Single ‘Headlights’

Daley links back up with Marsha Ambrosius for “Headlights,” a smooth new R&B collaboration arriving ahead of his long-awaited album Strange Nature.

Daley has released “Headlights” featuring Marsha Ambrosius, adding another new chapter to the rollout for his upcoming album Strange Nature. The song arrives as Daley continues introducing material from the project, which is due September 18.

The collaboration brings together two distinctive British R&B voices, with Daley and Ambrosius leaning into a polished, soulful sound built around vocal interplay. “Headlights” also stands out as one of the key guest moments on the new album, giving the tracklist an added connection to contemporary soul and R&B.

Strange Nature will feature 10 tracks, including “Lavender,” “Slide,” “Sleepless,” “Consequences,” “Falling Deep,” “Chemistry,” “Easy,” “Headlights,” “Compass” and “Zone.” The project also includes appearances from Robert Glasper and Keyon Harrold, with Yussef Dayes contributing drums to “Consequences.”

The album marks Daley’s return after an extended stretch between full-length projects, with the singer describing the record as one shaped by heartbreak, temptation, reflection and personal change.
