Emerging Toronto artist NYYSE is thrilled to announce the release of his latest single, “Dangerous.” This chill and laid-back track, infused with NYYSE’s unique charisma and smooth vocals, is inspired by a recent transformative trip to Jamaica.
While in Jamaica, NYYSE immersed himself in the island’s rich musical culture and vibrant energy. It was during a creative session in the studio, while experimenting with beats and samples, that NYYSE stumbled upon a sound that sparked the inception of “Dangerous.” However, the true essence of the song emerged from a deeply personal journal entry:
“She tells me I’m Dangerous… she tells me it’s the allure and how I’m good with my words… attracted to the adventure as I’m attracted to hers… It’s the vibe and the energy, so bad and pure… she also said I’m hard to resist especially when I’m up like this.”
This introspective passage embodies the mood and inspiration behind “Dangerous,” reflecting NYYSE‘s ability to weave storytelling with his magnetic energy and adventurous spirit.
“Dangerous” stands out as a testament to NYYSE‘s versatility, blending the laid-back vibes of his Jamaican influence with his inherent Toronto edge. It’s a song that invites listeners to get lost in its smooth rhythms and evocative lyrics, promising to be a standout addition to summer playlists.
“Dangerous” is now available on Spotify and all major streaming platforms. For more information about NYYSE and his music follow him on @nyyseofficial
