There is something refreshing about a band that knows exactly what it wants to sound like and goes all in. Jack the Radio do not overcomplicate it. On “Tell Everyone Around,” they chase a simple mission and execute it with conviction, delivering a track that is loud, groove driven, and unapologetically alive.
At its core, the song thrives on movement. Fuzzed out guitars grind against a tight rhythm section while organ textures and bass lines keep everything grounded. The vocals lean into a soulful croon that contrasts nicely with the grit of the instrumentation. It is a balance that gives the track both edge and warmth, something that feels equally at home on a late night drive or blasting through festival speakers.
The song began as a demo shaped by frontman George Hage, but it truly found its identity when the full band stepped in. That shift from idea to collective energy is where the magic happens. You can hear it in the details, from the layered backing vocals that lift the chorus to the chemistry that pushes the arrangement forward with a sense of urgency.

There is also a clear respect for musicianship here. Subtle moments like the high octave vocal accents and the interplay between instruments add depth without overcrowding the mix. Then comes the payoff. A fuzz soaked guitar solo that does exactly what a great outro should do, leave a mark and refuse to fade quietly.
The lineup brings that energy to life with intention. George Hage leads on vocals and guitar, joined by Danny Johnson on guitar, keys, and backing vocals, Dan Grinder on bass, and Kevin Rader on drums. Together, they create a sound that feels cohesive, raw, and built for real listening, whether through headphones or cranked speakers.
With more music on the horizon, including a vinyl split release and a revisited take on “Warbirds,” the band is clearly not slowing down. If “Tell Everyone Around” is any indication, Jack the Radio are not chasing trends. They are chasing impact.
And judging by the noise they are making, they are getting very close.
