From the Hollywood sets of their childhood to the soulful stages of Nashville and now SXSW, sibling duo DUPLEXITY is turning their shared life story into powerful, pulse-raising music. Born in Central Florida, Savannah Judy and Luke Judy first caught the spotlight as child actors. But long before the cameras rolled, it was music that truly moved them.

“Music was always part of our family life,” says Savannah. “Both of our parents are musical, and we’ve been taking lessons since we were little.” After spending over a decade growing up in LA, the duo has found their true voice not just in harmonies, but in their bond as artists, performers, and family.

Their new single, “Not Today”—dropping March 11 on all platforms—is more than just a catchy tune. It’s an anthem for the now. Written alongside Nashville powerhouse Trey Bruce and recorded live at the iconic Sound Emporium, “Not Today” delivers an energizing reminder to embrace the present, let go of negativity, and enjoy the highs of life as they come.

This release also marks a huge moment: DUPLEXITY is taking the stage at SXSW’s Rolling Stone Future of Music Festival the very same day. “It’s surreal,” Luke shares. “We’ve worked so hard for this, and to see it all come together—it’s wild.”

No strangers to the spotlight, the duo was crowned Rolling Stone’s America’s Next Top Hitmaker in 2024, earning them a feature in Rolling Stone Magazine, a mentorship with Busta Rhymes, and a deeper connection to the heartbeat of the music industry. And Nashville? That’s where they truly found their rhythm.

Their sound blends pop-rock with a dash of their Southern roots—vibes that feel both nostalgic and fresh. And yes, they write their own songs. “We want people to know we’re true musicians,” Savannah emphasizes. “We live for the stage.”

Their creative worlds collided again after their debut EP, when they teamed up with longtime friend and director Michael Feifer to film music videos rooted in their own narratives. “It was like returning to acting but this time, under our creative vision. It just felt full circle.”

For DUPLEXITY, the magic lies in their connection. It’s not just musical—it’s DNA-deep. Whether on stage or off, Savannah and Luke channel that chemistry into every chord and lyric. It’s what sets them apart. “Being a duo is our greatest asset,” Luke says. “It makes everything more real.”

What’s next? Touring with a major headliner, growing their fan base, and releasing more songs that speak to shared milestones, raw emotion, and unforgettable moments. DUPLEXITY is on a mission—to make music that moves people. And with “Not Today”, they’re inviting fans everywhere to stop, breathe, and live for the now.

Listen to “Not Today” starting March 11 on all platforms.
