From the heart of Anniston, Alabama, comes a voice that cuts through the noise — raw, grounded, and unmistakably real. That voice belongs to Jayboe, an artist whose music doesn’t just play in your speakers, it sits with you. It talks to you. It makes you feel less alone.
For Jayboe, music isn’t about trends or algorithms. It’s about connection.
“I feel like I have at least one song for everybody,” he says. “Sometimes people feel like they’re going through life alone, but when they hear a song and realize somebody else is going through the same thing — that’s relief. That’s real.”
Authenticity Over Everything
In an era where the industry often celebrates what’s shiny over what’s genuine, Jayboe stands on something different — truth.
“What makes me stand out is just the authentic sound that I have,” he explains. “A lot of rappers now just ain’t authentic really anymore. Not knocking nobody, but a lot of people ain’t being their true selves. I’m always gone be me regardless — I’m always gone be Boe.”
That philosophy isn’t just talk. It’s the foundation of everything he does — from his music to his mindset. He’s proud of where he’s from, proud of what he’s built, and proud that his name holds weight in a place where the spotlight doesn’t often shine.
“I’m from Bama — it’s dry around here,” he laughs. “So to make a name for myself here means something. When they mention me, it’s always gone be with the elite.”
The Weight of Fatherhood and the Grind
Behind every verse, there’s a man balancing dreams with real life. For Jayboe, that balance became even more important — and complicated — when he became a father.
“The biggest challenge I’ve ever faced was becoming a father,” he says. “It’s not really music-related, but it is, you know? Finding balance between chasing my dreams and raising my son… that’s something I still work on. Life don’t stop moving.”
That balance — between ambition and responsibility, passion and patience — bleeds into his art. His verses carry the honesty of someone who’s lived it, not just watched it.
Ninety Eight Part 2 — Eight Years in the Making
Now, after years of grinding, learning, and evolving, Jayboe is ready to drop his next chapter: Ninety Eight Part 2, the sequel to his first-ever project — a full-circle moment eight years in the making. The album drops October 24th, 2025, and features 16 tracks that reflect everything he’s been through since that first release.
“This one’s for the people who’ve been through it all with me,” Jayboe says. “Every late night, every sacrifice, every moment I doubted myself — it’s all in there.”
More Than Music — It’s Purpose
Ask Jayboe where he sees himself in the next few years, and you won’t hear talk of charts or fame. You’ll hear something deeper.
“In a few years, I see myself finally reaping everything I’ve sowed,” he says. “All the long days, all the times I cried chasing this when I didn’t see a result — it’s all part of the process. My only real dream is to have people who are going through a lot relate, and to make a living off something God gave me. I don’t care to be the biggest artist ever. I just want to touch the people that need that word.”
And that’s what sets Jayboe apart. His story isn’t about chasing validation — it’s about standing on principles, on purpose, on truth. It’s about being real in a world that rewards the opposite.
Whether you’re from Alabama or anywhere else trying to find your way, Jayboe’s message hits home: stay authentic, stay solid, and never stop standing on business.
