“The idea is that artists will see this and realize that even though our attention spans are shrinking, people still want premium, well thought out visuals. It’s still fun to create the mood board then play the character. And it’s even better when you get to do that with your friends.”
Speaking about the single, she says: “I wanted to write a song that highlighted the ironically undignified yet widely praised culture of hooking up. And I wanted to write it from my perspective because there’s so much stigma when a woman airs toxicity even though it’s practically inescapable in our society. I love the way Matias Mora’s production interprets my feelings about situationships– tense, hollow, intuitive– and MK xyz’s energy balances them perfectly. This song is so sexy to me because it doesn’t apologize for what’s done in the dark.”
“Sneaky Links” has been taken from Siena’s upcoming album “floozy.” An 11-track offering, the album fully showcases Siena Liggins’s unique take on pop, with her varied and intricate instrumentation set to make an impression. Possessing a melting pot of emotions, the album will be sure to take the listener on a journey.
