Princess Bitch Energy (PBE) is making waves as the new Bad Bitch anthem in town. The addictive self-love dance track combines rappers Spitty and Siren Sav’s unique hip hop flows, singer Achanté’s stunningly sultry vocal hooks and producer Colin Ong’s punchy production to create a self-hype track that celebrates women who groove to their own rhythm, stand in their own power and wear their crown, unapologetically, everyday.
The track is sonically divided into three themes – the first being the perspective of a guy trying to win over a girl (performed by Spitty), the second, and focal theme being the hook that’s the girl’s commentary on how society perceives her, a strong, focused woman, as being “too much” but that doesn’t phase her (performed by Achanté) and the third theme being her inner dialogue that chooses to focus on her blessings, work on self improvement, and keep building her kingdom (performed by Siren Sav).
The dream team behind the track bring their own unique artistic flavours together to create a truly global collaboration that serendipitously took shape when the four artists crossed paths at Beatcave’s Songwriting Camp. Singer-songwriter and instrumentalist Achanté heard one of (sound engineer) Colin’s rough productions, fell in love, and immediately started writing to it. The next morning she’d roped in both Brampton Artist Ambassador Spitty & rapper Siren Sav and within just a couple of studio sessions, Princess Bitch Energy was born.
The track released worldwide on International Women’s Day (March 8th, 2024) through Beatcave x Believe Music on all streaming platforms and is sure to become the new favourite soundtrack to millions of women chasing their goals with 20/20 vision and fiercely proclaiming self love.
