With a passion for creating new music and an innovative approach to sound, DigitalPrism is rapidly establishing themselves in the world of AI-generated music. From the moment they discovered AI as a creative tool, DigitalPrism has been able to explore new realms of music-making, free from the constraints of traditional production methods.
“I started my music journey by diving into AI music because it felt like the perfect entry point for me,” DigitalPrism shares. “I didn’t have the resources to go the traditional production route, so AI allowed me to experiment with various genres and sounds.” Over the past few months, DigitalPrism has released several tracks under the name MrMixTape1993, including their first full album AI 2025, as well as the singles Hollow Saints and Velvet Transgression. These earlier releases, which will be part of their past as they transition into a new professional identity, were created before adopting the name DigitalPrism.
“Moving forward, I’m rebranding myself as DigitalPrism,” they explain. “It’s a more professional name that aligns with the direction I want to go in with my music. Hollow Saints and Velvet Transgression were both under my old name, but from here on out, everything will be released under DigitalPrism.”
In addition to their previous work, DigitalPrism has a new wave of music on the horizon. “I have a new album coming up that consists of five cinematic tracks in the style of Tron Legacy,” they say. “I’m also working on another album that focuses on six human emotions, with seven tracks. Each of these tracks will be paired with a genre that matches the emotion it represents, and it’s something I’m really excited to share.”
While their earlier work featured songs inspired by fantasy and deep emotional themes, DigitalPrism’s evolution as an artist is now pushing the boundaries of genre and creativity even further. Drawing inspiration from various artists such as Wolf Alice and Depeche Mode, DigitalPrism’s music often blends atmospheric qualities with AI-driven precision. “I’ve always been drawn to music that’s emotional and atmospheric,” they say. “For example, I love Lipstick on the Glass by Wolf Alice, and the ethereal vibe it gives off. I also enjoy Depeche Mode’s Enjoy the Silence for its depth and mood. These influences really help shape the sound I’m going for.”
However, there’s one important distinction to make. “There is one minor detail though. I don’t use ethereal style music as my main driving mode,” DigitalPrism clarifies. “I use all types of styles — cinematic, pop, electronics, rock, country, etc.” Their versatility is a key part of their artistic identity, and they’re not tied to any single aesthetic or sound.
Despite the setbacks and challenges that life throws, DigitalPrism remains focused on their music and future endeavors. “The most memorable part of my journey so far has been becoming a part of Puristlabel and getting a manager through it,” they share. “I’m excited for what lies ahead, and I feel that Puristlabel will play a big part in the growth of my brand. I’m always working on new music and have several releases planned.”
Although live performances are not a part of DigitalPrism’s future, the artist is committed to refining their craft and expanding their presence through digital platforms. “I don’t have time for live shows, and honestly, it’s not something I plan on doing,” they explain. “But that doesn’t change my dedication to producing great music and connecting with listeners through my releases.”
DigitalPrism’s future is promising, and as they continue to build their brand and push the limits of AI music, there’s no doubt that this innovative artist will keep growing and evolving. Their upcoming work, full of cinematic soundscapes and emotionally charged tracks, promises to be an exciting next step in their journey.
