Coupling a spoken word monologue with an unforgiving, driven trap percussion, ‘One Life’ delivers an emphatic punch. The track hammers home a resonant punch, echoing that life is too short not to be on top, no matter the consequences. Honing in on his vast creative sensibilities, the single plays host a wide spectrum of sounds, sporting allusive arpeggiated piano toplines and hypnotic brass undertones to give the single a hard-edged appeal.
Summing up the release, he explains, “You got one life, you live one life! And it doesn’t matter if it’s right. Unless we alright!”
