Orlando Artist & Producer Highlights Hard-Won Journey on Album “City Boy Nights”
ORLANDO, Fla. (July 10, 2025) — Lingo Jonez, a rising artist and producer, is making waves in the Orlando music scene with his emotionally driven album, City Boy Nights, a melodic reflection of life in Lakemann Homes.
“I came from nothing, with endless dreams,” says Lingo, who has honed a signature style that softens the harshness of drill music with honesty and melodic flow. “I’m aiming to shine a light in a world full of darkness.”
City Boy Nights, released January 27 (Lingo’s birthday), spans 15 tracks and features Trap Hamilton and Young 1ne. Lingo’s dedication to his craft shows in the project’s success, which includes over 50,000 streams, and a standout music video for “Next To Blow,” racking up nearly 10,000 views in 8 days.
Beyond performance, Lingo is also building his empire. Alongside DeuceDeuce407 and PK Beatz, he launched Kingpen Empire label. As a producer under “Lingo Beatz,” he’s helping other artists craft their sound.
Lingo’s journey hasn’t been easy. Struggles with legal issues, relationships, and financial hardship nearly derailed his creative momentum. But he reframed his focus—parting from distractions like partying and shifting to more purposeful choices.
“Those trials gave me stories. Without them, City Boy Nights wouldn’t be authentic,” Lingo reflects.
Looking ahead, Lingo envisions a future where his success creates opportunities for others. He dreams of selling out stadiums and providing uplift for young artists who never had a chance.
“This is bigger than me—it’s the blueprint to true inspiration,” he says.
