Free and easiest way for you to share music earnings with others!
SoundOn is happy to announce that we have launched a new, free Royalty Splits service.
Labels can use this function to share royalties with any collaborators such as artists, producers, or even other labels, as long as they are from the same country of legal residence.
All you need to do is specify the collaborator’s email address and the percentage of earnings you want them to receive. An invitation email with instructions on how to accept the invitation, will be automatically sent to collaborators after the album has been approved.
Once all collaborators accept the invitation, payments will begin on the next payment date. If the collaborators are slow to accept the split invitation, your money won’t be held by us, we will continue to pay all royalties to the account holder as normal.
And don’t worry about privacy, collaborators can only see their earnings and do not have access to other collaborators’ information.
We understand the struggle of monthly accounting and payment to multiple collaborators. We hope this feature begins to make your label accounting life easier, as we continually improve this function.
