Peter Gunn isn’t your typical creative. A U.S. Air Force veteran turned poet, guitarist, novelist, and entrepreneur, Gunn embodies the essence of a modern-day Renaissance man. His creative reach spans from literature and music to philosophy and spirituality, all rooted in a deep desire to uplift humanity.

At age seven, Gunn’s life changed forever when a heat stroke led to a near-death experience. “An angel told me I had to go back because my job wasn’t done,” he recalls. That moment shaped the trajectory of his life a guiding light that has influenced every artistic and spiritual pursuit since.

After honorably serving 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, Gunn transitioned into a new mission artistic enlightenment. His daughter’s birth in 2010 reignited his literary side, inspiring The Amazons Series, a body of work designed to restore the feminine voice in classic hero narratives. To modernize epic poetry, he created Lyrical Linked Poetry (LLP) a rhythmic, accessible form of storytelling designed for younger generations. Beyond the written word, Gunn’s passion for sound led him to become the lead guitarist for The Angellics, a band whose debut album Hazing Hades released in August 2025.

Their upcoming single The Martyr a tribute to Charlie Kirk will donate all proceeds to causes the late activist supported. Peter’s work is as much spiritual as it is creative. “My art is meant to awaken,” he says. “To remind people that there’s more to existence than what they see.” With his Sigma Squad graphic novel series and global musical collaborations, Gunn is on a mission to reawaken humanity through art, rhythm, and revelation.
