Since making waves with his debut single, released in May last year, Envi Jordan has been moving from strength to strength whilst turning heads in the process. Looking ahead, he announces his new single ‘Somebody To Love’, as he sets himself up for a promising 2026.
Bringing bouncy basslines and a true emotional sentiment, ‘Someone To Love’ fuses grit, intensity and feeling into one dance-laden pop-belter. Sporting irresistible sing-along moments and a bubbling, anthemic feeling, Jordan’s approach to songwriting creates a true sense of euphoria, lighting a spark that refuses to dim.
Jordan also speaks about the accompanying music video that will be released alongside the new single, adding, “‘Somebody to Love’ also received my first music video. It felt great to explore a new medium of creation and express myself in that way… expanding the universe of the song with a visual element. I also express myself in dance with the choreography I created, and embolden that with more writing, a spoken word piece at the beginning of the video. As a whole, the ‘Somebody to Love’ project has been cathartic. I definitely look forward to making more music videos in the future.”
The video will be released on March 3rd, diving deeper into the themes through the new format. The spoken word that opens the video shares the tension between confidence and self-love. The story follows, with thoughtful shots and a storyline that leads to a release of that tension through dance and music. What it shows audiences most of all is Envi’s abilities as a multi-faceted, multi-disciplinary artist.
