Dom Okon, the 20-year-old American instrumental prodigy, has once again made history. His fourth studio album Mystified, released on October 18th, has officially entered the UK iTunes Top 100 Pop Chart, with its title track peaking at #34 just days after release.
This marks Okon’s fourth consecutive album to chart on iTunes, solidifying his status as the youngest American instrumental artist to achieve this feat. With Mystified, he not only topped his previous record but also became the youngest artist in his genre to chart across three different iTunes territories: the UK (Mystified), South Africa (Emergent and Just Dom), and the US (Youthly).
“Mystified is about the uncertainty and wonder of your twenties,” Okon shared in a recent interview. “It’s a sonic diary of growth, confusion, and self-discovery.”
The album’s success underscores a growing global appetite for instrumental storytelling, and Okon’s ability to connect across borders without lyrics is nothing short of revolutionary.
