His sound is shaped by a wide range of influences including Swae Lee, Young Thug, Future, Migos, Wizkid, as well as UK artists such as D Block Europe, Yung Fume, and J Avalanche, particularly those who successfully pushed UK identity forward without compromising authenticity.

Originally releasing music as YB, he chose a new name that fully reflects who he is today.

He invested time into studying his craft, refining his approach, and allowing himself the space to evolve naturally. While not fully self produced, every track on Circumtagonist is engineered by DAYBWAY, highlighting his hands on involvement and technical discipline.
