Despite early success, including a nationwide hit single in 2015 and a Cash Money Records deal, A1gento is only now ready to drop new music consistently and put Montreal hip-hop on the map.
A1gento’s rise began in his teenage years. His 2015 breakout single got nationwide radio play in Canada, leading to a cross-country tour and a Cash Money Records developmental deal. He spent several years in Miami writing and producing for the label.
But the desire for creative freedom led A1gento to go independent. This move resulted in collaborations with artists like YNW Melly and Jay Maly on “Miami Vibes.” He’s also appeared on the Full Send Podcast with the Nelk Boys and Lol Durk, and is often seen with Waka Flocka.
A1gento has an extensive unreleased catalog – he claims he could release 10 tracks a day for a year and still have hundreds left. After a brief hiatus, he’s poised to drop new music regularly. Known for his versatility and energetic live performances, A1gento is ready to make a splash.
